Anyone using monday Work Management will benefit from the AI features available in monday Doc. Perhaps you'd like to create a quick explanation of a product you're selling.

With AI in monday Doc, you can:

• Summarise Text: Summarise an already written text in a few lines or paragraphs, depending on your needs. You can even edit the summary or ask monday AI to write it again.
• Generate Text: Be clear and explain the exact topics you'd like to cover for the generated text. Once written, you can edit it (if needed) or add it to the document. You can even select the "suggested texts" at the bottom of the window for more precise information.

#2. monday Request Board: Translate + Extract

In this request board, you can use AI to structure it properly. monday Forms can help you with this. It'll have three entries: Name, Email, and Request.

If a requester is submitting info in the Form, all columns will be auto-filled with AI. It'll only work if the board has relevant columns with AI enabled to extract information. For example, you can autofill the following columns with AI:

• Type of request.
• Labels for the request.
• Assigned owners for each item.
• Sentiment of the request.
• Summarise the text.
• Urgency of the request.

The requester can write the request in their native language, and monday AI can translate it for you. It can detect the language and translate it for you without any mistakes.

You'll also get suggested replies in the original language of the request. Once you write a comment, the status will be automatically updated.

She also mentioned, "I had a client who wanted to export to Excel the subitem updates, but currently it's not supported. Only item updates can be exported. So, I used AI to extract all the subitem updates into a column (user, date, time, and the exact update)."

#3. Board Automations: monday AI Blocks for Workflow

You can use every monday AI Blocks feature to generate a fully automated and streamlined workflow. Adding AI at every step of the process can make operations easier for the admin and your team.

Do you want to use AI in your board columns? Here's how: Click the three dots to enable autofill with AI. In the preview window, add a custom action (use fields from the board) to tell AI what to do.

Example: Assign labels and write with AI in columns from scratch. Once the prompts are added, it'll automatically convert to automation. Remember, AI processes will be based on the AI fields you use.

Note: If the AI process fails, you can investigate the automation history.

Let's take the example of a Global Tenders Board. Here, the sender will be external to the company.

With monday AI, they don't have to manually fill in too many details. Your salesperson will add the details in monday Form, automatically populating the board with the new tender information.

If PDF files are added, monday AI can be used to extract data for all columns to visualise relevant leads. After extracting data, the AI assistant will generate a proposal for the client using the relevant fields and specific columns.

#4. monday Recruitment Board: Digital Workforce (Beta)
